Shipping and Returns
Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched
from our store within 2 working days of the receipt of payment. In the
exception that orders have items that are out of stock, we will
dispatch the items in stock within normal time frame, and aim to dispatch the
items out of stock within 4 working days; or we will contact you to let
you know if it takes longer.
Delivery address
Delivery address can be
different than your home address. We ship to work addresses or to third person
address (gift shipping).
Shipping

available during the checkout process!
We ship to almost any
international destination.
In case of not accepting
specific delivery option in destination country, we notify the client before
the shipping.
A small percentage of
items require a longer ship-out time like custom art or special orders.
Please note that we
reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel the risk of fraud is high.
EU Orders
Packaging and postage fee
for orders from EU countries is 5.00-10, regardless of the weight of your order. EU
orders are delivered through Airmail and International Mail service, which will
take 3-10 days from dispatch.
If you need a faster
shipping service we can ship by any UPS method at actual cost.
International
Orders
Packaging and postage fee
for orders from other international countries is 7,00-20,00, regardless of the weight of your order.
International orders are delivered through Airmail and International Mail
service, which usually takes 5-14 days from dispatch.

Cancellation
of Orders
If you change your mind
and want to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us using
the Contac us form as soon as possible, detailing:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- The items you want to
return (with the model number)
We will email you back to
confirm the cancellation and give you a full refund.
Returns
We hope you like the goods
you purchased, but if you change your mind or do not like it, you have the
right to return the unwanted items within 7 working days of receiving the goods
and get a refund. To return any unwanted items, first please contact us using
the Contact Us form detailing:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- The items you want to
return (with the model number)
We will email you back to
confirm your refund and issue you a returns number. Please clearly mark the
return number on the envelop with the goods are sending back to us. Please note
that all returns must not be used, they must be returned in original package
and in good condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be
included. (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). Please wrap you returns in protective
packaging such as bubble wraps to prevent damage caused during delivery.
Customers are responsible
to pay for their own return postage, and this will only be refunded if the
goods are already faulty when customers receive them. Please also obtain a free
Certificate of Posting from the post office as your proof of posting the goods
back to us.
All returned items would
be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a
result of our error, the full cost of the products and shipping charges will be
refunded.
